Understanding the score detail modal

Clicking View detail on any flagged order opens the score detail modal — the most information-dense screen in the plugin.

Top section

  • Total score badge — the final 0–100 number. Colour matches the decision.
  • Decision badge — Approve / Review / Hold / Cancel.
  • Edit order in WooCommerce — shortcut to the underlying order.

Explanation

An LLM-generated paragraph (Groq or OpenAI) summarising why the order was flagged. Useful for chargeback rebuttals — copy the text directly into your dispute response. Click Regenerate to refresh after you\’ve changed locale or want a different phrasing.

If no LLM key is configured, you\’ll see a deterministic template-based explanation built from the firing rules. The template is good; the LLM version is just more readable.

Rule contributions

One row per rule with: human-readable name, technical rule key, points contributed (after weight multiplier), and a Details expander that shows the raw metadata the rule wrote — useful when you need to see exactly what fired and why.

Linked orders

Other orders that share at least one atom with this one. Each row shows the shared atom type (device fingerprint, email, etc.) plus the linked order\’s number and timestamp. Three or more linked orders with similar atoms = strong fraud-ring signal.

Chargebacks

Direct chargebacks against this exact order plus chargebacks against any linked order. The Prior chargeback rule reads from the same data.

Block this customer

One-click blocklisting for each atom on the order. Pick atoms, optionally set a reason and duration, and click Block. Atoms that successfully blocked turn green; failures (e.g. atom missing on the order) turn red.
