Installation
WooFraudGuard ships as a standard WordPress plugin. You can install it from your CHADA Store account or by uploading the ZIP from your purchase confirmation email.
Requirements
- WordPress 6.4 or newer
- WooCommerce 8.0 or newer
- PHP 8.1 or newer
- MySQL 5.7 / MariaDB 10.3 or newer (for the order-graph and chargeback tables)
HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) and the WooCommerce Cart/Checkout Blocks are both supported out of the box — no flag or compatibility shim required.
Install from your CHADA account
- Sign in to your CHADA Store account and open Downloads.
- Click Download .zip next to WooFraudGuard.
- In wp-admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP.
- Activate the plugin.
What happens on activation
The activator creates four MySQL tables (wfg_risk_scores, wfg_rule_hits, wfg_blocklist, wfg_linked_orders, wfg_chargebacks), seeds the default rule weights and thresholds, and schedules the daily license re-validation cron. None of these are populated with data — they are just ready for your first scored order.
What\’s next
- Activate your license to unlock premium rules and integrations — see Activating your license.
- Place a real test order to confirm scoring is wired up — see Placing a test order.
- Tour the dashboard to learn what to look at day-one — see Dashboard at a glance.
