Reviewing flagged orders

The Flagged Orders page is your daily-driver triage view. Every order that scored above the Review threshold appears here with its decision, score, top reasons, and quick actions.

Filtering

• Decision dropdown — restrict to a single decision (Review / Hold / Cancel / Approve).
• Minimum score — slider to filter out borderline scores when you only want to look at the highest-confidence flags.
• Refresh — pulls the latest scored orders without leaving the page.

Quick actions

• View detail — opens the full score detail modal (see Understanding the score detail modal).
• Edit order — jumps straight to the WooCommerce order edit page.

Daily workflow

1. Filter to Hold. These are orders waiting for your action — they\’re losing customer trust the longer they sit.
2. Open each one in the score detail modal. Look at the top reasons and the linked-orders panel. A cluster of similar atoms = real fraud. A single weak signal = probably a false positive.
3. For false positives: change the WC order status to Processing and let payment complete.
4. For real fraud: confirm the auto-cancellation, and consider blocking the customer\’s atoms via the Block this customer panel in the modal.
