Roles & access
Give other roles read-only access while keeping settings admin-only.
By default only Administrators can view the Activity Log and change settings.
Granting read-only access
Under Settings → Retention & access, you can give other roles a read-only Activity Log menu item. Those users can view and filter the log but cannot change settings, delete events, or manage pins.
Settings, deletion and pinning remain Administrator-only. The in-editor post activity panel is shown only to users who have log-view access.
