Reviewing Flagged Orders
The Flagged Orders screen (WooFraudGuard → Flagged Orders) lists every order that WooFraudGuard has scored, along with its risk score, decision, and the primary reason it was flagged.
Filtering the list
- Decision filter — restrict the list to orders with a specific decision (Approve, Review, Hold, Cancel).
- Minimum score slider — hide orders below a certain risk score. Useful for focusing on high-risk orders only.
Reading the list
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Order | WooCommerce order number. Links to the order edit screen. |
| Customer | Billing email address. |
| Score | Final risk score (0–100) plus the colour-coded decision badge. |
| Top reasons | The single rule that contributed most to the score, with its explanation. |
| Created | Date and time the score was generated. |
| Actions | View detail opens the score breakdown modal; Edit order jumps to WooCommerce. |
Score detail modal
Click View detail on any order to open the full breakdown:
- Total score and decision — shown in the header of the modal.
- Explanation — a plain-language narrative generated by AI (premium, OpenAI/Groq key required). Click Generate to produce one on demand.
- Rule contributions — each active rule is listed with a bar chart showing how many points it contributed and a short reason string. Rules that contributed nothing show +0.
Re-analysing an order
If you adjust rule weights or add a blocklist entry after an order was placed, you can re-score the existing order without going through checkout again. Click View detail → Analyze (or the Analyze REST endpoint). The new score replaces the old one and a fresh breakdown is saved.
Acting on a flagged order
- Review decision — the order completed normally. If you find it suspicious, open it in WooCommerce and change its status to On-hold or Cancelled manually.
- Hold decision — go to WooCommerce → Orders → #NNN and set the status to Processing to release it, or Cancelled to reject it.
- Cancel decision — already cancelled automatically. If it was a false positive, reopen the order in WooCommerce and restore it.
